Shipping & Handling
What countries do you ship to?
We ship across all 50 US states. We’re currently only available in the USA, but we’re working toward accepting international orders very soon.
In the meantime, our retail partner Net-a-Porter offers global shipping.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary, pending product availability and purchase verification; on average, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. If you’re located in Hawaii or Alaska, shipment may take up to 4 weeks. No matter what, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you need your order sooner, please select an expedited shipping option (please note, this option is non-refundable).
What is my tracking number?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your shipment within 24 hours, along with your tracking number.
What if my package was damaged or lost?
We do our best to coordinate with our shipping partners to ensure safe arrival of each order, but if your package is lost along the way or damaged upon receipt, please contact us right away at email@example.com.
