How do I check the status of my order?
All orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, where you can check the status of your shipment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at HELLO@CIRCUMFERENCENYC.COM, and be sure to include your order number in your email.
All of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days; we’ll do our very best to respond to and accommodate your request before your order goes out.
What countries does Circumference ship to?
We ship across all 50 US states and are working to expand internationally. In the meantime, our retail partner NET-A-PORTER offers global shipping.
When can I expect my order?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary, pending product availability and purchase verification; on average, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. If you’re located in Hawaii or Alaska, shipment may take up to 4 weeks. No matter what, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you need your order sooner, please select an expedited shipping option (please note, this option is non-refundable).
What if my package is lost or stolen?
