How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at email@example.com, and be sure to include your order number in your email.
All of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days; we’ll do our very best to respond to and accommodate your request before your order goes out.
How do I check the status of my order?
All of our orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, where you can check the status of your shipment.
Do you have gift cards?
We don’t currently offer gift cards at the moment, but they’re on the way.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We don’t offer separate gift receipts currently, but the packing slips for all orders omit the prices of each product.
