What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner's Club, and JCB. Currently, we don’t accept check or cash.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

What do I do if my payment is declined?

First, double-check your card billing details. If everything’s correct and your payment still isn’t going through, email us at hello@circumferencenyc.com and we’ll help you process your order ASAP.

How long do returns take to process?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
