What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% happy with our products, then we aren’t either.
We offer a risk-free, 60-day, 100%-full-refund return policy. If within 60 days you’re not satisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number, and we’ll assist you in processing your return. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I exchange my product?
Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number, along with the product(s) you’d like to exchange, and we’ll help you from there.
How long do returns take to process?
Once your return package is received by our team, it may take up to 5-10 business days for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
